    Looking for a Treat

Linda F. Hawkins’ works in watercolor, acrylic, collage, mixed media and encaustic. She also does graphic design, illustration work and web design.

The award winning artist’s watercolors often depict scenes from nature and her travels in the Caribbean. Linda’s mixed media works are more abstract and textural.

Linda is the Program Coordinator for the ENRICH Cognitive and Caring Arts programs at Baptist Health’s AgeWell Center for Senior Health. She also teaches art to children and adults. Ms. Hawkins has also judged The Children’s Art Classes school student exhibition for over 5 years.

Ms. Hawkins is a member of Jacksonville Watercolor Society; Florida Watercolor Society; St. Augustine Art Association; Society of Mixed Media Artists (SoMMA) and served on its board from 2009 until 2014. She is also a member of Jacksonville Coalition for Visual Arts; Jacksonville Artists Guild; Art Guild of Orange Park; National Collage Society; Arts & Health Alliance and Arts for Health Florida.
